Format follows volume and handling
Food-grade drums and IBCs can support smaller or separated lots, while the cited transport reference indicates about 21–22 tonnes as a typical container flexitank range. Tankers and ISO tanks serve different route and handling conditions.
The best format depends on quantity, product segregation, receiving equipment, food-contact suitability, cleaning evidence, route and cost—not on a generic preference.

Name the place, not only the Incoterm
An Incoterm allocates delivery obligations, costs and risk at defined points; it does not replace product specifications, title-transfer clauses or the sales contract.
For containerized cargo, FCA may better reflect handover at a terminal or depot than FOB when the container is delivered before vessel loading. Any quotation should state the named place and Incoterms® 2020 rule.

The document set depends on product, destination and contract. Professional planning commonly connects commercial invoice, packing list, analysis, origin and transport documents, while regulatory requirements must be checked for each operation.
